First we look at how you actually work. Then we digitise the processes, automate everything repetitive and take your brand outside. All of it built in-house.

How we work

Work
Three problems at once: a new ERP server running without any failover, network outages nobody could explain, and an outdated phone system. We did not improvise, we took every problem at the root. We carried out the server migration and built a disaster recovery backup where there had never been one, and replaced the old system with 3CX telephony connected to the ERP.

disaster recovery backup where there was none
Root cause fixed
network outages solved at the source, not the symptom
3CX
self-hosted, connected to the ERP system

We started lowkeylab because we saw what happens when companies want to go digital but can't find anyone they truly trust. Agencies too big to care. Freelancers who disappear after launch. Tools nobody understands. We do it differently, a small team, real focus and we stay until it runs.
